Do I need to pay or enter a card?

No card. You enter your email to start, so the session and its result stay tied to you, and to your account if you buy later.

How long does Session 01 take?

Between 20 and 32 minutes depending on the program, plus a short calibration that sets your loads. The timer is the real session timer, not a demo.

What happens after the session?

You see how it went. Starting the preview also adds you to Foundation Prep, a 12-email series over 60–75 days on training methodology. Unsubscribe any time. Buying the full program is a separate step. No card.
