Who you are dealing with
"Wyron" is the trading name of Level Up Samui Limited Partnership, registration number 0843567001623, registered office 59/34 Moo 5, Ko Samui, Surat Thani 84320, Thailand. "You" means the person visiting this site or holding an account on it. Using the site or buying a program means you accept these terms.
What you buy
Each program is a one-time purchase in USD. The payment buys lifetime access to that program and its training app. The displayed price is the total charged. Access is bound to the email on the account that made the purchase, and it is not transferable.

Your account
An account needs an email address and a password. Keep the password private. You are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell support at support@wyron-bell.com if you think the account has been used without your permission.
License grant
A purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to access and use the program and its app for your own training. It grants nothing else.
What you may not do
You may not:
- share your access or credentials, or let anyone else train on your account;
- redistribute, resell, or republish any program content;
- reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download the site or the app;
- work around the payment gate to reach paid content.
Intellectual property and takedown
The programs, the writing, the diagrams, and the code are owned by the operator. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice with the details to support@wyron-bell.com, and it will be reviewed and acted on.
Fitness disclaimer
The programs are written for trained intermediate athletes with a working base in kettlebell technique. They are not medical advice. Talk to a physician before starting, especially with an injury or a health condition. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for judging whether a session suits you on the day.
Refunds
Every program carries a 7-day refund guarantee, no questions asked. The full terms are on the refund policy.
Termination
Breaking these terms (sharing access, redistributing content, or working around the paywall) ends your license, and access is revoked. You can end the agreement yourself at any time by deleting the account from the account page.
No warranties and limitation of liability
The site and the programs are provided as-is, with no warranty that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Wyron's total liability for any claim connected to a program is capped at the price you paid for it.
Third-party services
Payment runs through Stripe, and email through Resend. Using a program means those parts of the service are also subject to the terms of the provider handling them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Thailand.
