The guarantee
Every Wyron program carries a 7-day refund guarantee. Within 7 days of the purchase, you can ask for a full refund, no questions asked. This holds for every program. The refund covers the full price paid for the program, and there are no partial refunds.
How to request a refund
Email support@wyron-bell.com from, or naming, the email address used for the purchase, with the order details. There is no form. A direct email is all it takes.
What happens next
The request is handled manually, within 24 hours. The refund goes back through Stripe to the original payment method. Allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear, depending on the bank.
Access to the program is removed within 24 hours of the refund. The Stripe transaction record is kept, as required for accounting and legal obligations.
After 7 days
Past the 7-day window, the purchase is final and no refund is issued. Session 01 of every program is free to try before you buy, so use the free preview to judge the fit first.
