Wyron · FAQ

Questions, answered.

Straight answers about the three kettlebell programs, equipment, schedule, pricing, refunds, and getting into the app. Factual, short, and the same across all three programs.

01 / Audience

Who the programs are for.

Is any of this for beginners?

No paid program is. All three target athletes already training four or more days a week who know the basic kettlebell movements: swing, clean, press, snatch, get-up, front squat. New to the bell, the free Foundation Prep path at /get-started is the place to start — twelve emails over 60 to 75 days, one movement or concept at a time.

Which of the three programs fits me?

Pick by goal. Kettlebell Complex is conditioning and fat loss — two or three bells across light to heavy tiers, four weeks, six days a week, $59. Kettlebell Strength is strength and power — one heavy bell, eight weeks, three days a week, $79. Kettlebell Hypertrophy is muscle — a matched pair of bells, eight weeks, four days a week, $99. Every program opens its first session free, so the numbers confirm the fit before you buy.

Can I run more than one program?

Yes — that is the intended use. Each program is a self-contained block. The methodology assumes a one to two week active-recovery window between programs before the next one starts.
02 / Equipment

What you need to own.

How many kettlebells do I need?

It depends on the program. Complex uses one bell in hand at a time across three load tiers — two bells minimum, ideally a light, moderate, and heavy set. Strength runs on a single heavy bell. Hypertrophy needs a matched pair, with a second heavier pair optional. Each program page lists its exact requirement.

What weight should I buy?

Load is calibrated to your profile, not handed out as a fixed number. The first session of each program is the calibration benchmark, and it is free — run it to confirm your weights before buying. Each program page also carries a per-profile load table.

Do I need anything besides the bells?

No. Beyond the bells, all it takes is a timer (a phone works) and roughly 2 m by 2 m of clear floor. No pull-up bar, no bench, no plates.
03 / Schedule

The block and your week.

How long is each session?

Sessions run roughly 20 to 35 minutes in Complex, 18 to 36 in Strength, and 26 to 45 in Hypertrophy. The work is dense, so the clock is shorter than a barbell session.

What if my schedule slips mid-program?

Each program has recovery built in. If a training day is missed, slide the remaining sessions forward by one day rather than compressing two into one. A day or two of extra rest does not require recalibration.

How long until I see results?

Each block ends in a measurable test, so progress is something you read rather than feel. A three to eight week block is the window for one specific adaptation — density, strength-endurance, or bounded muscle — not a full body transformation. The honest, bounded outcome ranges are listed on each program page.
04 / Access

The app, and getting in.

Do the programs include videos?

Not in V1. Every movement used in the programs has a lexicon entry that describes the technique and the common errors in plain English.

How do I access the app after buying?

After the Stripe checkout, an email arrives with a set-password link. That link creates the account and grants lifetime access to that program’s training app. The link expires after 48 hours — check the spam folder if it has not arrived within five minutes.

Can I try a program before I buy?

Yes. Every program opens its first session free — the calibration benchmark — so you can confirm your loads and the fit before paying. The free samples are gathered at /preview.
05 / Pricing

Money, refund, and data.

Is it a subscription?

No. Each program is a one-time purchase in USD — Complex $59, Strength $79, Hypertrophy $99 — and each buys lifetime access to that program’s training app. There is no recurring charge.

What is the refund policy?

A 7-day guarantee from the date of purchase. Email support with the order details and the refund is processed manually within 24 hours. No automated form — direct email only.

What about VAT or sales tax?

Prices are shown in USD, and the displayed price is the total charged. The program is a digital product sold internationally; no VAT is collected at checkout in V1.

Where is my data stored, and who owns it?

Session logs — RPE, prescribed and actual load, notes — live in your account and stay in the app for the lifetime of the purchase. The data belongs to you, not the publisher, and can be deleted on request at any time. The full data policy is at /legal/privacy.

Still have a question?

Pre-purchase questions about a program, equipment fit, or audience match are welcome. Coaching-style requests — custom plans, programming changes — are out of scope; the programs are the answer.
